Question: Do you offer batch OCR process capabilities. I want to OCR large volumes of scanned files.

Question: I would like to use a custom dictionary for a project that we are doing. The OCR engine is quite good, but we have some words that are specific to our project and are not in the dictionary. I tried a plain text file, but the OCR failed. In the help documentation it says to contact support for the file format of the custom dictionary. Could you send me some information about this please?

Answer: To use the custom dictionary, please create a text file containing all a list of words that you would like to add. Under the OCR options, please add the TXT file that will act as your custom dictionary.

Question: I have folders of large PDF files that are difficult to manage. I’ve heard of batch PDF compression and was wondering if it could be the solution to my problems. Does CVISION offer any batch PDF compression software?

Question: Can your software shrink TIFF files?
