PDF Tool- Merge Feature
PDF tools are PDF management applications. They can join, split, encrypt, decrypt and rearrange PDF files. The user has to follow the below simple steps, at the end of which he is left with the merged PDF file. 1) Open the two PDF files that need to be merged. 2) Open the first page of the document. 3) Click `Combine Files' present on top left portion of the screen 4) A dialog box that appears is divided into three sections. In the first, choose `Add Open Files' options from `Choose the files you wish to combine'. 5) Rearrange the files in the second section, as you want them to appear in the merged document. 6) The final window is titled, 'Choose a file size and conversion setting'. This allows you to control size of the merged PDF document. Selecting the size depends on nature of your file usage. If it is to be sent as an e-mail attachment, low size setting will be enough. But if the PDF contains images or is to be used for presentation, choose a high setting. Once you are done, click `Next'. 7) After choosing between either a single PDF and a PDF package, hit the `Create' button and save it to the desired location. Now the merging of two PDFs is complete.

Adding of additional pages to the existing document is also very simple when PDF files are merged.
