When We Need to Batch Compress PDF
Compressing PDF file is a must when you are sending PDF vial email. Uploading a PDF, or any file for that matter, is always easier if you reduce the size of the file before you upload it. This is because the larger the size of the file, the more bandwidth it uses, and the more bandwidth it uses, the more time it takes. If you are sending multiple PDF files then you can input all the files into the compressor software by setting it to batch compress mode, to make the process easier. By switching to the batch compress mode you can avoid having to input each file manually every time a compression process is complete. In business organizations where files are compressed everyday in large numbers they do the process in batch compression mode.
