How to Make PDF Smaller
Making PDF smaller is easy if you have a PDF compressor software. Install the software and open its interface. Input the file that you have to compress by choosing Open from the File drop-down menu. Select the file in the Look In box. Click Open. The file will be shown in the Input files column. In case you want to compress more than one file, go to File > Add. Then select the files by clicking on them with the Crtl key pressed down. All the files will be shown in the Input Files column. Check the boxes beside those files that you want to compress and save now, in the same folder. Select the folder where you want to save these compressed files by clicking the Output Folder button. You can also create a new folder by clicking Create Folder in the box that opens. Set the compression parameters as you prefer. Press the Compress button. The compression process may take some time, depending on the number of files being processed and the type of documents they are (image or text). The Status column shows the status of the processing of each file.
