PDF Automated Servers
PDF automate refers to the process of assigning machine control by means of a software to perform a specific tasks. PDF (portable document format) automated applications are very large in number. One such example might be a PDF automated server. This server is used in sending, receiving and routing of the PDF documents. Several processes can be explicitly defined for each and every document resource in the network and various functions such as encryption, assembly, printing and pre-flighting can be included. These servers are capable of retrieving information from multiple resources concurrently. These resources include email, local folders, ftp servers and network folders. Some of the key features of a PDF automated server include multiple sources, multiple destinations, event logging, notifications and platform independence.
PDF Automated Build Bookmarks Feature
One more advantage of PDF automate is the generation of bookmarks in the PDF documents which are used as E-books. This can be carried out using the Automatic Build Bookmarks feature which is used to generate bookmarks based on the headings/chapters and to design the layout of the PDF files used. It can also be used to build bookmarks depending on the numerical and textual content present in the PDF files by means of wildcards and text masking features. To generate bookmarks automatically follow these steps. Choose insert and edit button in the navigation menu and click on the pointer below bookmark. Then select auto build bookmarks. In the dialog box that appears, select level1. The next dialog box that opens up is Select bookmarks attributes. Here you have two options. Choose a sample text using the mouse pointer or select the properties from the checkboxes for the bookmarks. The text properties are font name, font color, font size, left indentation, text mask etc.
PDF Automation for Email
In the recent years there has been a new technology that is used to automate the dispatching of statements via email. These statements are first converted to PDF and are combined with the newly created emails. Along with the PDF a text file is used to record statement information.
