Submit Files for Analysis

If you would like to submit files to our labs for analysis, either in reference to obtaining optimal results or for a possible software defect, please send email to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it   stating the nature of your issue. To minimize the chance of your message being inadvertently deleted as spam, we recommend that all e-mail messages sent to CVISION contain a non-blank subject line that easily identifies them as pertinent business correspondence.

If the total attachment size is less than 10 MB, you can attach the files directly to your email message. Otherwise, please either host the files on your company's FTP site and send us the download information, or tell us how large your files are and we notify you as to where you can upload your files on our own server.

We will attempt to respond to your inquiry as soon as possible, but due to heavy support volume at certain times, please allow 2-3 business days from the date of your submission.
