Question: I have purchased and installed PdfCompressor and set up a watched folder and it worked fine. But I rebooted the computer and the watched folder isn't working anymore. How can I make it so the watched folder settings stay operational?
Answer: The Watch Folder runs as a service and can be setup to startup automatically. To accomplish this simply browse to the Windows “Services” list and locate the ”CVISION Compression Service” and set that to startup automatically.
