Question: Please provide me with some additional information regarding the ability to use the deskew/rotation options only when rasterization is enabled. 

I just updated the latest version (4.0.135) of CVista PdfCompressor from version 3.1.041.  I noticed in the new documentation that you added the piece about needing rasterization enabled for deskew /rotation to work.  Is this a new feature? 

Answer: This feature has always been the same and it has not changed. It only applies to PDF files, and they must be rasterized for deskewing to take effect. This simply might have not been documented but now it is.
