PDF Compressor Vista

Question: I’m currently using the trial version of PDF Compressor with OCR on Windows XP x32. I’ve noticed that in the trial version, your logo appears as a watermark on some of the PDF pages of my PDF document. Once I purchase the registered version, will your company’s watermark logo disappear?

Also, is PDF Compressor Vista compatible? I originally tried to install PDF Compressor on a Vista x32 machine, and received the error, “User interface for CVista PdfCompressor Desktop Edition has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close for the program and notify your if a solution is available.”

Please get back in touch with me regarding these issues before I choose to purchase this software.

Answer: Thank you for your inquiry to CVISION; we appreciate you taking the time out to evaluate our software. The watermark, footer, and the lock appear only in the trial version of the software. When using the “Full version” the footer, watermark nor the lock will be present in the output files.

These are simply characteristics of the evaluation version output files because these files are not permitted to be used in production, it is simply a demo.

We do have a new build of the Desktop that you can try out before buying the product that addresses Vista compliance. I have pasted the link below to test the product.
