Answer: We specialize in handwritten recognition. In order for us to move forward, we need see the forms to determine the best ICR approach. ICR yields less than reliable recognition rates than OCR (recognition of typed text). Therefore, to improve the ICR recognition we need to validate the information. The more we know about the form and the application, the higher the recognition rate will be.
