Answer: OCR or better known as optical character recognition is a process that can help your computer read and analyze documents that you have scanned. This gives you the ability to make scanned files, text-searchable and text-editable. This could be extremely helpful because you can now have a virtual database which makes for quicker and easier access by everyone.
