OCR Engine

Question: I have heard of what OCR is but what is an OCR engine? Will it be helpful and if it is, where can I find one?
Answer: An OCR engine is basically a provider of OCR which means you will be able to apply optical character recognition to your files. By having an OCR engine, it will enable you to make a lot of your tasks much easier. A great product you should check out is CVISION’s Maestro Recognition Server. It is one of the best OCR engines available.
