Watch Folder for PDF Compression / OCR

Question: Is it possible to set the Watch Folder service to watch all subdirectories within a folder or does each directory need to be specified individually?
Answer: At this time the “Watch Folder” does not function recursively, one has to add each folder to be watched separately. We are considering adding a feature that will support recursive watch folders in our future releases.
Once we add this feature everyone who is enrolled for maintenance will be able to upgrade to support this feature. This goes for any type of upgrade when enrolled for maintenance.
