Question: I have purchased and installed PdfCompressor and set up a watched folder and it worked fine. But I rebooted the computer and the watched folder isn’t working anymore. How can I make it so the watched folder settings stay operational?
Answer: The Watch Folder runs as a service and can be setup to startup automatically. To accomplish this simply browse to the Windows “Services” list and locate the ”CVISION Compression Service” and set that to startup automatically.

Question: In what order are watched folders processed? Is it the order in which they appear in the watched folder configuration file? Alphabetical? I’d like to make sure one specific user has anything in their watched folder is processed ahead of anyone else.
